Once we'll decide to contextualize catalog
providers with 4.0 project we should not forgot to
support reference points in mount paths.

E.g.

a reference point PRJ_ROOT can be referenced as
"{PRJ_ROOT}/xml/catalogs/ide.cat".

We need API for quering existing reference points
(key, value) to support it.

Obsolete as of 4.0, I think.
