1. Basic Ricipe Properties panel;
   The Next button does not work if focus is in
the textfield Recipe Name.
   This issue was described in the bug29592 point
#2 and bug is fixed, but issue exists in the
build030211.
2. Specify JAR Recipe Contents panel;
   The Next button does not work if focus is in
the tree Source.

It works for me on Windows/Linux jdk 1.3.1 - 1.4.1. I'll run it
somewhere on Solaris and try to reproduce it.

We should wait till the next q-build / S1S5 release to verify this
fix, since netbeans q-build 030211 was branched already on Feb 5th,
and that's before the fix was commited. It really does not work with
the q-build, however I verified it on all versions all platforms with
the latest trunk build and it works.

Verified on Q-build - problem does not occured
