1. Bring up the context menu on the clearcase node.
2. Select 'ClearCase/Create Directory' from
context menu
3. wait for the 'Create Directory'  dialog

Duplicate mnemonics <Alt-N> exist for the "Next"
button and "Directory Name" text field

Yes. A different mnemonic should be chosen. There should be some
mechanism to prevent from bugs like this. I'll file an enhancement for
an automatic check of mnemonics.
