1.Bring up the context menu on the clearcase node.
2.Select 'ClearCase/Refresh Recursively' from
context menu
3.Wait for the 'Retrieving...'  dialog 

issue 1. Default button Close has mnemonic but it
should not
issue 2. Vertical scroll bar is visible when there
is no elements for scrolling

This affects also pvcs & vss. The dialog is shared. The bug is
actually in vcscore module where the dialog is implemented.

The problems are fixed in the main trunk:

Verified in development build #200308010100 of NetBeans 
4.0.
