Following View/Workspaces menu items don't have
mnemonics
    Gui Editing  
    Analizing
    Debugging 
    
 The same issue exists for Window/windows and
Help/HelpShortcuts.

It's impossible to set mnemonics to this items, because workspaces can
be added by modules, without our control than will arise problem with
mnemonics, solution is : don't using mnemonics on that places.

Closing as WONTFIX (please verify if agree, thanks in advance)
