User problem:
-----------------------------------
Users have hard time figuring out how to customize
the menu, toolbar and shortcuts. The copy/paste
paradigm used to put actions from action pool node
into the menu/toolbar node is extremely
counterintuitive for majority of users.

User need:
-----------------------------------
The user needs to be able to easily modify the
toolbar and menu of the IDE.

Product requirement:
-----------------------------------
Improve shortcuts/menu and toolbar customization
ala MS Visual Studio.
