NetBeans IDE 3.5 (build 030827)
IDE/1 spec=3.42.1 impl=030827

1. create Java Applet from template
2. select it in the Explorer and compile
3. open Tools menu

ISSUE1: Synchronize, Import Management Tool, Add
to Component Pallete... items  have no mnemonic
ISSUE2: Import Management Tool should has suffix
"..."
ISSUE3: I suppose, that preposition "to" in "Add
to Component Pallete... " should be with upper
letter like in "Go To Class..." item.
