When copying a file from a ftpfs to a localfs no
feedback of any kind is given to see if a file is
actually in progress of downloading or not.

There could at least appear the ftp task in the
Execution view (or similar tab) or a progress tab
in the output window giving percentages or at
least 'Downloading file... /\-|(rotating)' and
'Finished'
