IDE Versioning:   IDE/1 spec=3.42.1 impl 040124
Operating System: SunOs version 5.8 running on sparc
Java:	         1.4.1_07, 1.4.2_02

To reproduce:

1. Select 'Tools/Setup Wizard' from main menu
2. wait for the 'Setup Wizard' dialog
3. select 'Text Editor Preference' pane with
'Next' button
4. set focus on the 'Help' button with Tab key
5. push 'Next' button with 'Enter' key

Cannot use any mnemonics  on the 'Module
Installation' pane.

6. Push  Back button with Alt-B key

"Build" menu is expanded in the Main Window
instead of going back.

It's reproducible in other wizards, maybe a problem with default Help
button, rest of buttons works correctly. It should be fixed in 3.6.
