using mobility build 040622

When adding new platform in java platform manager
I opened disc E: where directory with spaces, dots
and starting with number exists. see attached
exception Exception is thrown and ide must be
restarted.

I verified fix in last mobility build 040709 unsuccessfuly.
Same problem appears again.

This is specific to my e: disc :-(. It is not reproducible on other
windows machines

Assertion isn't present in the code any more.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
