it's 1.5 only, works ok on 1.4.2 ok..

this is typical regression and JDK 1.5 is target for next reelase ;)

IMHO: it brakes actions performance tests ;(

fixed in trunk. i hope I didn't reintroduce any of the previous split
related bugs ;(
