Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build
200408271257)
Operating System = Windows 98 version 4.10 running
on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.4.2_03; Java HotSpot(TM)
Client VM 1.4.2_03-b02; Sun Microsystems Inc.

- Open the help window.
- In the form editor, try to delete a button.
A message dialog "Confirm Object Deletion" pops up.

However, at the same time or before, the help
window gains top position and the color of the
title bar of the message dialog changes to the
inactive color e.g. gray. keyboard input goes to
the help window. It should go to the dialog.

still reproducible in NB4.1(200501241900), JDK 1.5.0_03 (ea)

As I said in issue #53931 modality exclusion fix will be integrated in
build 03 which is not availabel yet. If you wish I can provide you
with patched JRE.
