In custom settings, do not allow the user to 
modify the scheme, and enforce total 
instrumentation.

Check that total instr. is used in predefined 
settings.

The total instrumentation is correctly used for Entire App.
Will have to change the custom profiling UI to:
- disable Instrumentation Scheme selection (default to total)
- disable "Threads started after root method started" checkbox 
(default to "true")

Those changes are related to issue 54521

Not quite sure what this evaluation means.
You mean that you do not have time to do this, or you mean me or Jirka
will not have time for this, or this is a non-important UI nitpick?
