Improve the usability of the custom profiling UI:
- the CPU and Absolute timers cannot be both 
unchecked at the same time.
- more information about individual settings 
meaning is needed

Partially fixed in M7 (the first part), postponing the rest to M8, reassigning 
to Jirka

I'd recommend making the window narrower to make a better impression.
Also the grid bag layout is not vry correct, esp. for CPU Entire/Part the 
bottom portion does some funky stuff when resizing.

UI redesigned for CPU part. The rest of this issue (more information about 
settings) is covered by Issue 60127 (make sure all UI components, where 
feasible, have a tooltip).

Marking as fixed for M8.
