Cleanup code that stores UI state into global 
settings.
This includes:
- "do not show this anymore options"
- take stack sample every "n" allocation in 
SelectTaskPanel

- selection of filter type in Results window
- all toggle buttons in toolbat of Results Window
- all of Select Taks panel tasks customizations (all except Custom profiling,
