  Open BluePrints Screen ( Help | Java BluePrints Solutions Catalog) and browse
through some pages in it.

=> a lot of messages like
"Url jar:file:/V:/test/daily/enterprise1/modules/org-netbeans-modules-j2ee-bluepr
ints.jar!/org/netbeans/modules/j2ee/blueprints/catalog/resources/descriptions/ca
tegory-WebTier.html has charset null" in messages.log

looks like this message is coming through htmlbrowser.
We'll create our own implementation of htmlbrowser.
