Steps to reproduce:
1) start server
2) select App server node and invoke restart action
ERROR: see attached snapshot

It seems that server is restarted properly.

Since Issue 62532 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue, the recreat
steps may be a little different, so I include the steps I did here, when
this bug got fixed, please try these steps, especially the step (3) which
is odd, it seeks hitting the restart button the second time is doing some
thing different than the first time, the odd thing here is the server is
started, but the error window says the server failed to start.

Steps to recreate:

(1) server node -> start, server started fine
(2) server node -> restart, server got shut down, but did not restart
(3) server node -> restart, server did got started, but a error window got pupup
    saying server failed to start, but the server log shows the server is started

4.2 target. Even if now the version is called 5.0...
