I am using NetBeans 4.2 (8/16) build, and Appserver 8.1 PE UR2 build 10 for testing.

Steps to recreate:

(1) server node -> start, server started fine
(2) server node -> restart, server got shut down, but did not restart
(3) server node -> restart, server did got started, but a error window got pupup
    saying server failed to start, but the server log shows the server is started
