Found in the nb50 in the beta build 200509210657

1. start nb with a new userdir
2. start pointbase database from menu "Tools -> Pointbase Database -> Start
Pointbase Databse"
=> the NPE is thrown (you can check it in the atachements)...the pointbase
database menu should be disabled if you don't have sun app server added or at
least catch this exception and show the information dialog

Same side effect of a refactoring regarding app server location.
Please grep all usages of this refactoing...
