Open some form and in Design editor select some AWT or Swing component and
select Properties window.
"Properties" button is selected by default and I can't find a way to switch
between "Events" and "Code" buttons by keyboard.

Stan, please look at this one too. The user should be able to switch among the
property sheet categories using the Show Next View (Alt-Shift-Right) and Show
Previous View (Alt-Shift-Left) actions. This doesn't seem to work at the moment.
