For the last month or so, when I bring up the new wizard (on windows at least),
the layout is rather messed up - the description window is 0 pixels tall, the
left-hand list is too big, and the right hand list is too small - and I have to
resize the wizard to be enormous to show them both.

See attached screen shot.  Making P2 since it's obvious and bad looking.

Known Mustang bug. Already fixed b55 and later.
