Provides scarab integration for the tasklist-bugs netbeans module.

Will only work against a dev build (or upcoming b21) of a Scarab server.

Provides full attribute mapping, since Scarab comes with unlimited attribute
flexibility.

Initial patch not internationalised. Give me commit rights to tasklist (-bugs)
and I'll internationlise whats left ;-)

The patch is simply the files to go into
tasklist/bugs/src/org/netbeans/modules/tasklist/bugs/scarab

Issue is not resolved-fixed until patch is added to cvs trunk.

BTW are you really willing to maintain tasklist/bugs? It's recently unmaintained
alpha code. Tor, any opinion?

I -think-  hair=Michael Wever, a former NetBeans board member and all-round good guy...
If I'm right, welcome back Michael!   I don't see any problems committing this into the buglist module, 
since as you said it's not currently maintained - so do whatever you want with it. And adding a new 
integration with Scarab certainly can't hurt!

thanks! :-) Been a hard-core user all this time, just not so much developing on
netbeans for a while. Hey, the new project setup makes getting into the netbeans
code really simple now!

I wouldn't say I'm ready to be the maintainer for tasklist/bugs yet, just a
committer, but if that leaves me as the sole committer then I guess I default to
the maintainer then.
I've submitted a request for "developer" role through the tasklist module page
if that makes things easier to process...

Code now it trunk.
I doubt there are available testers so will leave open for some weeks before
verifying.
