http.nonProxyHosts system property is not being used/evaluated while dowloading
wsdls (and imported schemas) - there are use-cases where this property has to be
set, eg. 2 websvc clients - first from wsdl living "outside", second "inside" -
in one project

Has been fixed in 5.5, but TM was not set.
