See the screenshot of attachment field. This is a dialog that shows warning that
"some modules could not be installed".

I'm often seeing this dialog at development plugin by my wrong setting. It seems
that this dialog is created for one or two modules are missing. If modules are
many, this dialog can not be displayed within the user screen. If modules are
many, this dialog
should use scroll list of some other way to display them in dialog.

Exception dialog should use scrollbars for large dialogs.
