Description:

It's strange that code completion does not offer anything in the following
statement: <root></r| where | char represents cursor.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Create new sample web application project.
2. Create new XML file in this project.
3. Type </r after <root> element at line 11.
4. "No suggestions" item shows up instead of </root> element.
