In the attachment there are 2 pictures

How to reproduce (I am using SunPCi):
Select folder node in explorer and show popup menu
Folder must have some java files
Press "DOWN" key
Key event is send to Explorer window instead of to popup menu
Popup menu allow you to select "New Package" item and then its submenu is shown

If you move your mouse to center of "New Package" menu item and after that you
press "DOWN" key, the "New Package" menu item will be selected as long as popup
menu is shown

Still present in [1140]

Also the popup menu in the Explorer can't be close by Escape key.

Note to David's description:
In order to keep "New package" item higlighted you have to select it by mouse
and quickly press Down key before the submenu will be shown.

The bug occured only in the boston branch [boston-1160]

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
