Description:
1. Open the WSDL editor.
2. Click on the WSDL tab.
2. See the tree structure symbol.

Actual Result: 
It is disabled all the time.

Expected Result: 
Should be enabled. 

Note : 

If the tree structure is disabled, it has to show the non tree structure.
If it is enabled, it has to show the tree structure.
