Reproduced in build 060723.

It's possible to Copy once from one schema and Paste many times into another. At
the same time, after Cut, Paste is allowed only once.

This is standard NetBeans behavior and is entirely intentional. See the Files
window: cut and then paste a file. It will only occur the one time. Copy, on the
other hand, will happen as many times as you invoke Paste. This is very common
behavior. Marking invalid.
