Reproduced in build 060724.

To reproduce the bug:

- create a 'newpo' schema;
- switch to Source view;
- copy 'purchaseOrder' element;
- right mouse click to open context menu.

Paste is greyed out.

'Paste' is unavailable in Source.

Philip, can you please explain the difference between this issue and issue
79821? They appear to be exactly the same. One of them has to be marked
duplicate if they are indeed the same.
