The warning message here is not appropriate. Maybe we should prompt the user 
for overwrite confirmation after the user clicks Finish.

Fixed partially on NB side. Will have to check in the UI fix tomorrow (9/12)
after NB syncs up.

Retriever wizard now has a extra check box for overwriting files with the same
name. This solution was decided as an alternative to annoying popup while the
retriever is running.
