See in Windows XP in build 200609120000:

I have not been able to determine what key combination will give the WSDL editor
column view the focus.

The columns view for both WSDL and Schema are consistent. The columns view is
reachable via tabs. This is consistent with WSDL and Schema.

We can actually tab into the place where you switch between column view and tree
view using space bar.
