Seen on Windows XP with NB Build 060914:

1. Open or create a WSDL document with attributes defined or imported.
2. On the Elements node, open context menu and click Add -> Element.
3. Make sure that the Inline Complex Type radio button is selected and click OK.
4. Select the new element, open the context menu and click Add -> Attribute
Reference.
5. Select the available attribute.
6. Click Enter.
==> Nothing happens.

Also seen when adding an attribute reference to an attribute group.

Verified on Windows XP with NB 55 060927_5 and JDK 1.5.0_07.

Enter activates the OK button in all cases described in this issue, as well as a
few others I spot-checked.
