Create a WSDL.
Check the Import XML Schema File.
Click Next.
Click the ellipse under Element or Type for the Input field.
The Select Element Or Type opens. In this page the Elements are displayed from
the middle of the list, instead of the beginning.  Usually, by default the
scrollbar should locate the beginning of the list, not the middle.

Verified in the build 20060919 and it works fine.
