build 060919

- create Java Application
- add 2 Purchase Order schemas
- do Find usages for Elements->comment in both schemas
- now you have two Find XML Usages tabs in XML Usages Output
- delete one schema from project
- XML Usages Output closed and you lost find usages results for second schema

Is this behavior consistent with Java?

we will not close the xml refactoring window if deleting a file causes some and
not all refactoring/usages tabs to be closed.
