Coke WinXp (060921_1), Sol10_sparc(060925_1)

 The button '...' on "New File" dialog does not moove with the element after drop it
1. Create a bpel project (f. e. -TRS)
2. Add new WSDL document
3. Check "Import XML Schema Files" and select OTA_TravelItinerary.xsd  on "New
WSDL document" dialog
4. Press Next
6. Exchange "Element Of Type" column for "Massage Part Name" colomn on "New
File" dialog
Result The button '...' is on "Massage Part Name" column
Expected result:  The button '...' should be on "Element Of Type" column

Victoria, what Component do you think this bug belongs to? Isn't this a WSDL
tools bug?

Fixed this.
Disabled the column reordering.

Verified, the column re-ordering is not allowed, so this issue will not happen 
anymore

Fix verified w/ latest build 060927_5.  Disabled the exchange of columns.
