See in Windows XP with NB 55 061017_1 and JDK 1.5.0_07:

1. Import the attached WSDL document (AmazonWebServices.wsdl) into a NB project.
2. Open the document using the WSDL editor.
3. Click on the KeywordSearchRequest message, so that the Properties pane shows
its properties (open the Properties pane if necessary.
4. Click on the ellipses for the Element or Type property.
==> The Element or Type dialog opens, but doesn't show which Element or Type is
currently set. It should.

WSDL document and screen shot of Element or Type dialog is attached.
