When typing XML tags, CC automatically pops up, providing only "Please wait...".
It does not disappear even after user finishes typing of the tag.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Open ie. java/test/cfg-qa-functional.xml out of netbeans sources
2) Being inside of <mconfig></mconfig>, type ie:
  <testb|
(pipe stands for carret)
=> "Please wait..." CC apeared, stays there until 'Esc' pressed.
