Provide a tool in NetBeans 6 that allows visual editing of the theme settings of
Visual Web UI (WebUI) Components. With this tool user will have facilities to
edit the CSS files, images, message catalogs and Java Script associated with
each WebUI component.

Very critical issue for developing distinctive looking web apps (bosses/clients don't like 'me too' designs). If
Netbeans is striving for prominence as a web dev IDE, this issue needs attention yesterday.

Maybe Winston's theme builder can be included in NetBeans 6.1 release:
