Autocompletion permits enter the same attribute twise.

It is possible to enter with help autocompletion two name attribute.
I guess that it is bug. Name can be only one.
F.e xsd autocompletion does not permit enter the same attribute twise.

We may not be able to fix this in gavotte. This requires a more-accurate CC list
based on current context and we'll fix this in 6.0. See 96643.
