Currently F3 does not work for Find feature on BPEL diagram
This is standard feature for Netbeans Find functions and users will expect it to
be present for  BPEL too

Find panel and buttons bevaviuor is developed in xml module, so reassign to xml
category.

Fix integrated:
F3 maps to Find Next
Shift + F3 maps to Find Previous.
