- Open palette manager
- The following 4 comp's in the 'Advanced Data Provider' section don't have tooltips

I am currently checking with QE on this.  I can see these tooltips, but I
guessing that QE has an issue with their content.

The comps named below do show a tooltip now, identical to their name and don't
add any description. Compare this to the more descriptive tooltip, e.g. Table
Row Data Provider.

Obsolete milestone, please reevaluate
