How to reproduce the bug:
1) show the HTML browser
2) put some non-existing page to the location field.
=> the content of the browser is neither nothing (without any error message )
nor some strange content. Sometimes the browser contains content of another
IDE's component, for example output window.
3) try to resize the window and click to another IDE's windows a repeat it.

Changed to 3.2 - seems to be problem of IB5.05

Waiting until Icebrowser 5.2 will be available (this release should solve
problem with cookies and hopefully will be jdk1.4 compatible).
