1. Create project.
2. Source packages - right-click - New -> File/Folder -> External XML Schema
Document -> From Local File System -> Browse.
3. Browse file system, choose some schema.
4. Repeat 2.
Result: dialog opens on the starting location (My Documents for WinXP), not
location where schema from 3 situates.
This seems to be inconvenient for user.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
