1. Create new project.
2. New File -> XML -> External XML Schema Document(s) -> Next -> From Local File
System -> Browse.
Result: only "All files" filter exists (currently it doesn't work, see issue
99256). In my opinion, filter(s) for XML and XSD files should be added and made
default.
