OpenOffice 3.1.1 on Ubuntu Gnu/Linux 9.10

I have a spreadsheet with a single worksheet. I wrote notes on all cells of the
first three columns with 1573 rows. After saving and reopening the spreadsheet
some of the notes are gone. I cannot tell a pattern, in some rows it alternates
rows where notes disappear (one OK, the next the note has diappeared, and so
on). There are also complete sequences of rows where notes have disappeared. It
seems related to cutting and pasting cells with notes. 

Here is a simple way to reproduce it: 
1) Create a spreadsheet with five rows and three columns.
2) Insert a note to each cell. 
3) Highlight and cut columns 2 and 3 from the second to the last row. 
4) Paste back starting in cell b3.
5) Save and exit
6) Reopen the spreadsheet

If I do this the notes for cell b3, b4, c3 and c4 disappear.

I can see too this dissappearing of notes in Calc 3.1.1 and 3.2 RC4 in Ubuntu
9.10 and in Calc 3.2 RC4 in Vista.

Moreover in Ubuntu I can see some extra lines on the sheet after notes are read
and closed. This extra lines dissappear after scrolling of the sheet.

I confirm these lines appearing when working with notes, and disappearing after
scrolling in the spreadsheet.

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"!
When you try to reproduce, do not cut rows, but range 'B1:C5'

No Problem when I save as .xls

This one might be a DUP of Issue 106619, Issue 102061, In Issue 102061 I left a
request to check.

OpenOffice m19 (3.1.1) here in Windows XP. I can reproduce this simply by adding
a note in A1 of a new spreadsheet, deleting the first column, undoing the
action, and saving/reloading the file. Also, I do not have problems with
"cutting" columns, as to me this bug only manifests when I delete then undo columns.

Confirmed for version 3.2.0.
I received a report of notes disappearing after inserting a row in a spreadsheet
and saving/reloading from somebody working with 3.2.0 on Windows 7, but couldn't
reproduce that on Vista.

Works better after fixing issue 109372, (OOo 3.2.1 integrated in OOO320m15, and
OOo 3.3 integrated in DEV300m77).
But still, some notes disappear.

A scenario where comments are still lost is described in issue 114321.

The most simple scenario to reproduce the problem is as following:

1) create note in cell A1
2) select A1:A2 (important!)
3) cut
4) move cursor to A2
5) paste
6) save&reload
