Hello, 

OO 3.1 dutch version doesn't want to install on vista.
- unpacking works
- selecting what to install works
- when installing the program, i get a pop-up from Open Office installation
assistent : "please exit open office org 3.1 and the o o org 3.1 quickstarter
before you continue. If you are using a multi-user system [which i'm not using]
make sure no other user has OO open."

OO3.1 is not open, I still have to install it

- another screen says that the installation has been stopped before installation.

I can't find the problem. I tried putting out my virus scanner, but I still
doesn't install.

It finally installs after deleting the previous version 3.0. Then installed 3.1
and it did fine. thnx for the help

We've had some fixes (e.g issue 94560) in this area for OOo. I've tried to
update an installed OOo 3.0.1 with OOo 3.1.1 and have had no problems.
