Steps:
1.open the sample file in the AOO3.4
2.right click to enable the object description dialog

defect:
the title box has no any content,but if open the file with MS Office,you can find "Rectangle and Arrow"in the format object->web->alternative text

Using this bug tracking the alternative text issue for shape, I logged one new Bug 119903 to track the alternative text issue on Form control.

can reproduce on AOo3.4 release version. and change status to CONFIRMED.
