czech is introduced as native language to 1.1.

After merging this GSI file you need to apply this additional patch
that moves texts (localize merges them in a wrong place), add or
remove Ctrl+M and \ etc.

I have imported the gsi file to our localization database. The content
will be reflected to the code until 04/25/2003.

Translations now nested inside the code. The corresponding child
workspace will be integrated asap. Will be reflected to OOo 1.1 Beta 2.

due to bug 6325 additional patch is needed. Please use on czech part
of attached OOo_11beta2_source-transex3-did-not-extracted.diff
