Can't print Post Card

When selecting Post Card (100mm x 148mm ) as a page format, it can't be printed correctly on EPSON Printer. In the print dialogue, I try to choose Post Card as a paper size, but it was reset to A4 size which is default immediately. This symptom has appeared since preview window wad programed. I'm not sure the exact version. It does not occurred when setting post card as a default paper size for the printer and selecting direct print. The printer is EPSON PX-B310 and OS is Windows7. When I choose another printer such as Ricoh nx760 or Canon mx-923, there is no problem. On the other hand, another application such as Notepad or Microsoft Office can choose Post Card and print it correctly on even on EPSON printer.

Returning to Print dialogue window, You will see 210mm(A4) x 297mm paper at the left part in the window as the preview. It must be 100x148mm size. c) sample document is post.odt, I mentioned above. d) screen shots are print-dialogue.JPG, page-settings.JPG and general-settings.JPG which I mentioned above. e)If you need to install Espon printer driver 1. unpack pxb510_b310_674_32.zip 2. cd winvista_XP_2K/SETUP 3. click setup.exe 4. select EPSON PX-B310 I'm not sure but I think it is OK to select EPSON PX-B510. 5, See license agreement and click the left button "同意する" means Accept. 6. Start installation and clcik the lest button "手動設定" means manual settings. 7.Choose LPT1: and click "OK"
