This is the URL you should use:

where project_name is the actual project name, such as xml.

Ok, this works for an explicit given project. But what about an 
overview, we had this before. This is what I need.

In the tigris system it was possible to see all the project in an
overview.

and the output of www.openoffice.org/source/browse/ is really not what
you expect to see.

we are using the link to have an overview about all our sources,
otherwise we'd have to maintain a list of all openoffice.org modules.
Since  there is no functionality broken, I downgrade this to P3.

SourceCast behaves in this way by design (since it shows all 
project sources, which not everyone may have automatic access 
to elsewhere).

I propose a workaround which lists each project's source link. I 
will also assign this issue to support as an enhancement 
request. But I don't believe this will be considered a bug that 
needs fixing for this instance.
